For a single event
In greater Phoenix and Tucson we can supply and run it: balloon, helium, install, weather monitoring and removal. You do nothing.
Balloon service is $247.25 a day and blimp service $297.25 a day. Tucson adds $30. A Saturday and Sunday opening with a blimp is $594.50.
Billed the following Monday. No contract, no minimum, and no charge if weather grounds it. For a one-off opening this is usually the right answer.

Which makes sense
If this is a one-off opening, rent it. If you run promotions several times a year, buy it. It deflates, folds and stores flat in its box, and comes out again for the next one.
The crossover is roughly three or four weekends a year. Below that, renting wins on both money and hassle.
How far ahead should we book?
Three weeks for a printed blimp. A sphere can be faster.
Can our logo be on it?
Yes, on the blimp. Both sides, included.
What if it storms on the day?
On service we take it down and there is no charge for that day.
Do you cover Tucson?
Yes, at $30 a day more.
Can we use it indoors?
With 15 feet of clear ceiling, yes.
